Shopping for a bat this holiday season and want to make sure it is approved for use in Little League? Then please see the information below:
The following is a list of bats with a 2 1/4 inch maximum diameter that are currently licensed for use in the baseball divisions of Little League (Majors Division and below).
This list includes bats currently licensed with Little League as of November 4, 2014.
This list includes all licensed models organized by manufacturer, including those composite barrel bats that have received a waiver from the composite-barreled bat moratorium. Little League placed a moratorium on all composite-barreled baseball bats for these divisions, which took effect on Dec. 30, 2010. A list of those composite-barreled bats that have received a waiver of that moratorium is available at:http://www.littleleague.org/…/equ…/licensedcompositebats.htm Continue reading

Summer is over and it is time to get ready for next year’s season of Little League Baseball. To prepare for that we will be holding our next board meeting on Monday at 7pm at World of Baseball (NW corner of Elliot/McClintock). If you are interested in participating in the planning of next year’s season or would like to join the Board of Directors, please feel free to attend. All are welcome.
Also, if you are interested in playing Fall Ball this season with our sister league Chandler National LL, you can sign up now at their website: chandlernational.com. The deadline for Fall Ball registration is August 22nd.
Congratulations to the 2014 CALL All Star Teams. Games will begin in approximately 2 weeks.
Last night’s games concluded the 2014 season of Chandler American Little League. The Board of Directors would like to thank everyone involved in making this season great including the Coaches, Assistants, Parents and Players.
Congratulations to the Farm Venom, Minor Mambas, and Major Snakes for winning their division tournaments. I think I speak for everyone when I say this was one of the most exciting and balanced tournaments I’ve seen in years. Regardless of what a team was seeded, they played amazingly during the tournament so please let your kids know how impressed all of the coaches and parents were by their play.
If you haven’t already done so, please send in your All Star Commitment form to your coach (Minors/Majors only). The deadline for that is 2pm today, May 23rd.
If you’re interested in playing Fall Ball, we will post links in a month. As we do not run our own Fall league we will refer you to our sister league, Chandler National.
Thanks again and we hope to see you next year!
Our 2014 Postseason is well under way as we’ve already had several exciting games played this past week. Here are the updated brackets:
Minors Bracket 2014
Majors Bracket 2014
Farm Bracket 2014
We have a full slate of games this week culminating in the championship game for Farm Division on Wednesday and Majors and Minors on Thursday. Immediately following the conclusion of our Majors and Minors games we will have the Closing Ceremonies for all divisions.
Please don’t be shy about coming down to watch the games even if you don’t have a child participating. The competition is heating up as the kids give it their all.
